In April 2017, Tong Hi-Tech undertook the project of Changan Automobile’s new factory in Hefei base, responsible for the “turnkey project” of the laser soldering station for the top cover of the S311 model.
According to customer needs, the project adopts a double-station layout plan, an upper and lower two-tier structure, 4 laser welding robots and 2 roof gripper handling robots, of which a single station can reach 4 models +30JPH production capacity, 60JPH reserved for speed increase Potential, truly achieve the "three high" requirements of high flexibility, high beat, high quality.
該項(xiàng)目是長(zhǎng)安汽車在合肥的新建工廠，車頂激光站采用雙復(fù)制并排站的布局形式，每個(gè)激光站分為上下兩層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，總占地面積為7x9.5x6米，一層為輸送滾床、龍門架及左右各1臺(tái)激光釬焊機(jī)器人，二層鋼平臺(tái)上布局1臺(tái)車頂抓搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人及4套夾具庫(kù)位。
? 單工位25JPH+4車型柔性生產(chǎn)，節(jié)拍CT=123s，預(yù)留60JPH提速潛能；
? 常規(guī)條件下雙工位可實(shí)現(xiàn)60JPH以上及8車型的產(chǎn)能；
? 雙工位方案可實(shí)現(xiàn)工位間的一用一備，可確保產(chǎn)線不停機(jī)；
? 激光釬焊系統(tǒng)采用世界先進(jìn)主流工藝設(shè)備配置，可實(shí)現(xiàn)高品質(zhì)焊接質(zhì)量要求；
? 工位采用同高科技自主研發(fā)的雙層鋁合金的防護(hù)系統(tǒng)，并通過德國(guó)TUV安全檢測(cè)及認(rèn)證；
2D布局圖
項(xiàng)目采用長(zhǎng)安激光標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝，車頂為鍍鋅板，側(cè)圍為碳鋼板，焊縫搭接形式如圖所示。激光焦點(diǎn)尺寸為3.2mm，焊絲為CuSi3，直徑1.6mm，配合熱絲工藝，預(yù)熱電流<230A。
